RTS

INT studio designed and developed a custom video player showcasing a selection of key moments from RTS’s history. The installation consist of five thematic stations, each combining a touchscreen with printed surfaces featuring complementary content and information. They were Installed for several months in the entrance hall of RTS’s new campus at EPFL as part of the inaugural exhibition.

The main challenge was to design a simple, standalone system, independent from RTS’s web video players and optimized for touchscreen use. Thanks to a dedicated CMS, RTS teams can easily update videos and text. INT also designed the interface and user experience based on RTS’s visual identity, with particular attention to accessibility: the main menu is duplicated and positioned at the bottom of the screen, making it easier to use for people with disabilities.
